Tango is passionate, vibrant and alive. To dance tango is to emerge oneself in the music, in the moment. To be at one with yourself, your partner and the music. It is this deep connection that brings much pleasure and fulfilment and sets tango apart from other dances.

Mindful Tango is a form of mindfulness meditation in movement. It is a new and novel way to practice mindfulness, combining absolute awareness and deep consciousness with the passion of the dance, allowing oneself to surrender completely to the moment whilst expressing the music and being aware of every detail of movement of both yourself and your partner.

Mindful Tango will help you to improve awareness and focused attention in order to bring peace, joy and happiness to your everyday life.
